From this article, we are going to talk about the toughest and cruelest enemies he met in his life as an assassin. Please note that this ranking is basically carried our ideas. So it might differ from your opinions.
5. Shahkulu
Talking about enemies of Ezio Auditore, this man from Assassin’s Creed Revelations is a man who didn’t die in the Ezio’s first killing blow. (Other two are Cesare Borgia and Rodrigo Borgia)

4. Girolamo Savonarola
The man who had stolen the Apple of Eden from Ezio. He created chaos in Florence using the power of it. He destroyed many art pieces and books in order to take back the city to the Medieval Era. Fortunately, Ezio and Niccolo Machiavelli were able to stop this man and retrieve the piece of Eden.

3. Prince Ahmet
Prince Ahmet, the oldest son of Emperor Bayezid II and uncle of Suleiman I. Many players fail to recognize this man as an enemy in the earlier parts of the story in Assassin’s Creed Revelations. That’s why we gave him third place on this list. He was cunning and acts as a peaceful person to Prince Suleiman. However, he is the Grand Master of the Byzantine Rite and the one responsible for the death of Yusuf Tazim (Leader of the Ottoman Assassins)

2. Rodrigo Borgia
Rodrigo Borgia also famous as Pope Alexander VI makes appearances in both Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood and Assassin’s Creed II. Though he doesn’t do any significant thing in Brotherhood, he is the main antagonist in the first game of Ezio trilogy. Most importantly, he was the mastermind behind ‘The Auditore execution’. Furthermore, he planed assassination Lorenzo de’ Medici and his brother which was failed thanks to Ezio. As the grandmaster of the templar order, he was one of the very powerful enemies Ezio ever confronted. He also had a piece of Eden called the Papal Staff when Ezio fights against him.
